  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
